• Check-out time is at 10:30 AM.

• Rates: All rates quoted on this Site are in Indian Rupees and are subject to change without prior notice. The rate at the time of booking will be honoured unless a clerical error has occurred.
• Taxes and Service Charges: Room rates include applicable taxes, service fees, or other fees mandated by local regulations unless specified otherwise.
• Additional charges for services like custom meals, spa treatments, extra activities, or in-room amenities may apply. These charges will be included in the final bill at check-out.

Children's Accommodation: Children under five may stay free of charge when sharing a room with their parents, provided no additional bed is required.

Guests must act respectfully and responsibly while staying at Kabini River Lodge. The resort reserves the right to terminate a booking or request a guest to vacate the property in case of inappropriate conduct, including but not limited to illegal activities, disturbance, or property damage.

Damages and Liability: The guest is responsible for any damages caused to the resort property due to negligence or misconduct. Repair or replacement costs will be billed directly to the guest's account.
