When making plans, we know things sometimes go differently than expected. Our cancellation policy is here to help you navigate any changes with ease. Depending on when you let us know, you may be eligible for a refund or credit; do you need to cancel at the last minute? We have options for that, too, so you will feel included in the cold.

Each booking has its rules, like how close you are to your arrival date and the type of reservation you've made. We recommend checking the specifics when you book so there are no surprises. Think of it as setting up a safety net—something you won't notice until you need it.

If you need to cancel your booking, you must email us (using the email you booked with) or let us know in writing.
  • Cancel 15 days before check-in? You'll get a 90% refund.
  • Cancel between 48 hours and 14 days before check-in. We'll refund 50% of your booking.
  • Cancel within 48 hours of check-in, or if you don't show up? We can't issue a refund.
Change of Dates Policy:

Do you want to move your dates to earlier or later? Here's how it works:

  • Free of charge if you request it 15 days before check-in (but note: once you reschedule, it's final).
  • If you request between 7 and 14 days before check-in, we'll keep 20% of the booking amount.
  • If you request within 24 hours to 7 days before check-in, we'll keep 50% of the booking amount.
  • No changes are possible within 24 hours to check-in.
Can I customize my travel package?

Certainly, travel packages can often be tailored to suit individual preferences! While our core itineraries are designed to keep you engaged with exciting activities, we understand that each traveller is unique. If you have specific interests or needs, we recommend reaching out to our resort manager upon arrival. They'll be happy to explore any customization options available, ensuring your stay aligns with your vision.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We offer a range of convenient payment options to make your purchase seamless. You can pay using credit or debit cards, bank transfers, wire transfers, and popular digital wallets like PayPal, Google Pay, and PhonePe. Choose the payment method that best suits you, and experience a hassle-free transaction!

Is a deposit required when booking a tour?

We require full payment (100%) upfront to confirm and secure your booking officially. This ensures your reservation is locked in and guarantees your spot on the tour.

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

Your booking will be reserved in your name as soon as your payment is completed. We will send you an official confirmation email, so please check your inbox along with your spam or junk folders to ensure it isn’t misdirected.
